IGBAJA CDS MEETING HELD ON THE 28 th March, 2019. The CDS meeting started at 10:00 am with the NYSC anthem and prayer was taken by Corper Jide. The last minutes was read by the General Secretary (Corper Blessing) and the minutes was adopted by Corper Malik, Seconded by Corper Jide. The Social director (Corper Opeyemi) was called upon by 10:12 am. He first of all appreciated the efforts of the committee. He said a lot had been discussed but it was all dependent on funds. As concerning venue, La Benson was suggested due to accessibility, as the time of the program, which is meant to start at 7:00pm and close at 9:00pm would be a major problem if ClayPot were to be used, as it wouldn't be easily be accessible but as time goes on, and since the program is meant for June, the Venue can still be changed if a better place can be found. IGBAJA CDS MEETING HELD ON THE 21 st March, 2019. The CDS meeting started at 9:45am with the NYSC anthem and prayer was taken by Corper Oluwaseun (Papa). The last meeting minutes was read by the General Secretary (Corper Blessing) and the minutes was adopted by Corper Opeyemi and Seconded by Corper Ifeoluwa. Agenda Ø   CDS Schedule The president (Corper Thank-God) said the first week of the month will have no CDS since it would be the clearance week. He said the Second week would be for Outreaches, educative talk and Sanitation. The week three he said would be for pep talks amongst corpers. He said the corp member to present would be informed ahead of time, he also said it will be posted on the various social media platforms so that corpers would come with their questions. Igbaja CDS meeting minute IGBAJA CDS MEETING HELD ON THE 14 Th March, 2019. The CDS meeting started at 9:45 am with NYSC anthem and the opening prayer was taken by Corper Ayomide. The last meeting minutes was read by the former General Secretary (Corper Adeosun Ifeoluwa). The minute was adopted by Corper Lateef and Seconded by Corper Fatimah. At 9:53 am, the President (Corper Thank-God) gave his appreciation speech in which he enlisted the aims and objectives of the CDS group. Concerning the Social media platforms for the CDS group, he mentioned that a telegram group had been created, a Whatsapp group and a website . He said that for the Whatsapp group, a bar code had been generated so that there would be no trouble of adding & omitting anyone as whoever wants to join would only have to scan the code to join the different groups.
